1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to cocondeals.com and to everything published on it. While browsing our website, reading an article, clicking a link, leaving a comment, or contacting us, you are agreeing to them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, the remedy is too simple. Do not use the website.

2. Who We Are

Coco n Deals, referred to below as we, us and our, publishes product reviews, buying guides, comparisons and deal information across a range of consumer categories.

We are a publisher. We are not a retailer, a manufacturer, a distributor or an agent for any of them, and nothing on this site is a contract to sell you anything.

3. What This Website Is, and What It Is Not

Everything we publish is opinion and general information for a general audience.

  2. It does not take account of your circumstances, budget or needs
  3. It is not a substitute for a manufacturer's own instructions or warnings
  4. It is not a guarantee that any product will suit you

Any decision you make after reading something here is your decision, and the responsibility for it sits with you. Where a product touches health, safety, fitness or anything else with real world consequences, speak to a qualified professional rather than relying on an article.

4. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Prices, discount codes, offers and stock information move constantly and often without notice.

Everything we publish about price or availability is accurate only as of the moment we published it, and we make no promise that any figure, code or offer will still be live, valid or honoured by the time you reach the seller. Always confirm the current price and terms on the retailer's own page before you buy.

A discount code that has expired, a price that has risen or an item that has sold out is not a breach of these terms and does not give rise to any claim against us.

6. Accuracy of Content

We put real effort into checking what we publish. We still cannot promise that it is complete, current or free of error.

Specifications change, brands update products without changing model names, retailers list incorrect information, and third party sources sometimes contradict each other. Where we are aware of a conflict we say so in the article, but the site is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Intellectual Property

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms or products of any external site, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave this site, the terms and policies of the destination apply instead of ours, and you should read them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it.
