About GHOST Supplements

GHOST is not only a nutritional supplement company, but also a lifestyle brand (hence the name GHOST Lifestyle). Honestly, I wish I was cool enough to be featured on their website, but I’m not.

What really impresses me about this company is how much they seem to care about their customers. Their loyalty programme not only gives you points for buying products, but also for going to the gym and posting on Instagram.

The company also has a strong social media presence with an impressive 377,000 followers on Instagram and 88,000 followers on Facebook. So it’s obvious that this is a popular brand.

In this GHOST supplements review, I’m going to tell you everything you need to know about their products, customer experiences and more to help you decide if their products are right for you.

Overview Of GHOST Supplements

GHOST is trying to create something completely new in its field. This outstanding company offers the utmost transparency in ingredients, pays attention to detail and offers authentic flavours, interesting brands and exclusive collaborations. I can’t deny that I’m impressed!

The brand’s website also has a blog that features new products, family recipes, desktop wallpapers, commentary on social justice movements and more. There’s also a YouTube channel that gives a behind-the-scenes look at the company and products, highlighting the processes and growth of the brand.

There’s even an app that gives customers access to early special offers, product launches and the ability to shop for their items with ease. And if that’s not enough, you can also use the app to earn rewards.

Before we look at the popular products, let’s start this review of GHOST Supplements with some highlights.

Highlights

  • A lifestyle brand that offers supplements, apparel and gear
  • Transparent information about the ingredients
  • Exciting selection of flavours

GHOST Supplements Pre-Workout Review

Gluten-free? Yes. Soya-free? Ticked off. Sugar free? Ticked off. Vegan friendly? Ticked off. Need to rev yourself up for a big workout? If so, then you’ve landed on the right article.

In my review of GHOST supplements, I’ll be looking at some of the brand’s best-selling pre-workout products. And damn, they look delicious.

GHOST Supplements Legend X Sour Patch Kids Pre-Workout Review

Give me anything with Sour Patch Kids and I’m hooked. Available in Redberry flavour, these pre-workout supplements are packed with a variety of ingredients that promote healthy muscle cell recovery, improve your mood and boost your concentration.

Let’s look at things in a little more detail. The Legend X Sour Patch Kids pre-workout supplement is labelled with the exact amount of each ingredient, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body. Here is an overview:

  • 4G of L-Citrulline: A ‘pump’ ingredient that stimulates blood and oxygen flow to the muscles during exercise
  • 3.2G of beta-alanine: An ingredient that supports the production of carnosine, a compound that promotes muscle endurance and overall strength
  • 250 mg natural caffeine: Helps give you a little kick with less crash
  • 1.5 G Nitrosigine®: A novel pump ingredient proven to be five times more effective than arginine
  • Senactiv®: Improves and accelerates workout recovery by promoting healthy muscle regeneration
  • 100MG L-Tyrosine: This amino acid increases the production of dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine
  • Alpha-GPC: A nootropic that boosts cognitive abilities and improves your ability to concentrate

GHOST Supplements Legend X Bubblicious Pre-Workout Review

Hit it! This Legend X Bubbalicious pre-workout collaboration will give you the energy you need to run the bases like a true champion. Whether your taste buds crave the classic (and best, let’s be honest) Strawberry Splash flavour or the new Lightning Lemonade option, you’ll love the way this pre-workout supplement tastes and makes you feel.

The ingredient list is exactly the same as the Sour Patch Kids collaboration, so the hardest decision you’ll have to make is which nostalgic candy is your favourite.

You can purchase 25 servings of the Legend X Bubbalicious pre-workout for $45.

GHOST Supplements Protein Review

Protein blends aren’t just for bodybuilders looking to bulk up or whatever they use protein for. While reading customer comments for this GHOST Supplements review, I came across a nurse who swears that the shakes get her through her 13-hour shifts.

In the next part of our GHOST supplements review, I’ll take a closer look at some of the brand’s best-selling protein powders.

GHOST Supplements Whey Protein Review

Why not try this 100% whey protein blend? Sorry, I had to. GHOST claims that it is one of the ‘purest, fully disclosed whey proteins on the market’. With at least 25g per product, the detailed label tells you exactly how many grams of protein isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate are in each scoop.

The whey protein blend is also gluten and soya free. Is whey that important? Okay, I’ll stop. Soya contains phytoestrogens, which mimic the body’s own oestrogen. According to many sources, this is not good for either men or women – so only lecithinised whey from sunflowers is used instead.

GHOST Supplements Whey x Chips Ahoy! Protein Review

As if the whey protein mix couldn’t get any better, they’ve now added biscuits too. There are actually real Chips Ahoy! in this protein blend. So you don’t even have to save them for a cheat day – you can treat yourself to this decadent blend on a regular basis.

The contents are the same as the OG Whey Blend (featured just before), but the price is $45.

Who Are GHOST Supplements For?

When researching this review of GHOST supplements, it was clear that the language on the website was intended for younger generations. I can just imagine my grandmother reading the ingredient list and saying, ‘What does AF mean?

Also, the products themselves are geared towards those who are on a fitness journey and want to improve their workout experience. Unlike other supplement manufacturers that offer products like prenatal vitamins or vitamins for skin and hair, GHOST is definitely more interested in those who go to the gym frequently.

Comparison: GHOST vs. Olympus Lyfestyle

For this part of the GHOST supplements review, let’s do a quick comparison between our featured brand and its competitor, Olympus Lyfestyle. And, based on these factors, you can decide which brand’s products you want to try first.

For starters, both brands have similar flavours and branding, as they each offer plenty of contrasting colours, youthful designs and fruity options. However, GHOST sells many more products with popular candy or biscuit flavours – and some even have parts of these products right in the product itself!

Price-wise, Olympus Lyfestyle’s products seem to cost less money overall, which is definitely an advantage for those on a budget.

In addition, both companies emphasise transparency and list all the ingredients of each product on the product label. A quick look at the ingredient list of both brands’ products makes one thing clear: both companies add many exclusive, potent extracts to their products. And of course it is these powerful, active ingredients that bodybuilders are looking for.

In terms of popularity, GHOST has a much larger social media presence than Olympus Lystyle. Also, aside from followers, I’ve found many more positive GHOST reviews online from incredibly satisfied customers.

And it’s worth noting that GHOST carries a more extensive product line, with a wider selection of items to choose from. This means that they are able to fulfil all of your workout supplement needs.

GHOST Reviews: What Do Customers Think?

On the whole, customers seem to love GHOST, the customer service and the products. Here are a few GHOST supplement reviews from happy shoppers.

Clint Philpot left a five-star review on Trustpilot saying, ‘Best flavours ever!’ He then goes on to expand his review:

‘I can’t tell you how much I love the Sour Patch Kids! BCAA and Legends are my stack and it’s so good. I will be back for more. I’d love to try other flavours but I can’t seem to get any while they’re in stock.’

Sam Jones also left a five-star review on Trustpilot. However, in his glowing review, he raved about GHOST’s whey protein. He begins his review by stating, ‘I love their whey protein!’, and then explains why:

‘I love their whey protein so much. I am a bariatric patient who has tried every brand of protein shake. The Nutter Butter is my favourite. GHOST is by far the tastiest. No bitterness and no bitter aftertaste. It feels like I’m savouring a treat. My husband also loves their pre-workout. My only criticism is please restock them soon!’

And the positive feedback doesn’t stop there. Kori Sassman gave GHOST a five-star rating on Trustpilot and had nothing but good things to say about the energy drinks:

100/10

‘I recently discovered GHOST Energy Drinks and bought a case at my local wellness shop. I have to say that they are so good that I have just bought 5 more boxes! As a nurse, I need all the energy I can get for my 13+ hour shifts. I used to only drink Bangs, but after discovering how tasty and non-carbonated GHOST is, they are my new favourite. My favourite flavour is the one with mango and sour patch blue! It’s worth a try!’

With all these positive reviews, it’s clear that GHOST has many satisfied, loyal customers. However, I also found one negative review on Trustpilot.

One customer who gave a one-star rating complained that the products, shipping and customer service left a lot to be desired. He also pointed out that the products sold in the UK seemed to be different and of lower quality compared to those sold in the US.

It’s worth noting that my review of GHOST Supplements focused solely on the brand’s products sold in the US. Therefore, I cannot validate this person’s review as they live in the UK. However, it’s safe to say that there are far more positive reviews than negative – which says a lot about the brand itself!

Are GHOST Supplements Worth It?

After writing this GHOST supplements review, I can safely say I think this company is worth a try for a few key reasons.

Firstly, the brand channels who they are, what they represent, and their aesthetic, into everything they do, which makes them trustworthy and sure of themselves. Their style is cohesive and personable, making customers feel comfortable using their products.

Also, the lists of ingredients are very clearly stated with no intention of hiding anything from the consumer. In addition, the ingredients they use appear to be clean and carefully selected, which helps them to deliver the best possible products to their customers.

GHOST Supplements Promotions & Discounts

Although there is no sale section on the GHOST website, individual items may be discounted.

In addition, as mentioned above, the brand has a GHOST loyalty programme. There are many ways to collect points, and once you have collected enough points, you can use them to purchase products on the company’s website. I think that’s a great offer!
