Prices vary across Revolve’s extensive collection, so it’s perfectly possible to shop regularly if you have the budget (although nothing can be described as cheap).
I have to point out in this Revolve clothing review the numerous complaints about the quality of the clothing, and my response is: we’ve all experienced this when shopping online, no matter the company. It’s one of the hardest things about online shopping. But with Revolve’s return policy, you’re in luck because you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.

How can I return something to Revolve?
Revolve offers two free ways to return your order. The first way is to return it in person at Happy Returns. The second way is to return it to Revolve with a prepaid return label. Revolve returns take 2-3 business days to process after they are received by Revolve. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
In my research for this Revolve apparel review, I found that it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account. This depends on your financial institution.
Revolve’s return policy for clothing, shoes and accessories states that items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and with all original tags attached. If you wish to exchange Revolve clothing, reserve your exchange item online via your order history or contact customer service before returning it in person.
Below you will find the Revolve return policy for items other than clothing and shoes:
- Beauty products: within 30 days if the products are unused and unopened
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs for rush orders are non-refundable.
- Modified Return Policy: if you return more than $7500 within 12 months, you may be subject to a modified return policy.
- Wedding dresses: all wedding dresses may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit; dresses must be unworn and unaltered and all original tags must be attached
- Bridesmaid dresses: special orders of 3 or more dresses in one style are final sale
- Returns during the festive period: During the festive period (1 November – 25 December) returns will be accepted after 30 days, provided they are received by 10 January.
Follow these steps to return an item to Revolve:
Complete the return form on the website; once processed, you will need to print the UPS label and 3 copies of the commercial invoice.
Pack your items, including the packing slip, in the box and attach the prepaid UPS label to the return parcel; keep 3 copies of the commercial invoice and hand them in with the parcel at the UPS Store (the parcel will not be accepted without the invoices)
Drop off your return package at any UPS Store.
Returns take 2-3 business days to process when they arrive at Revolve. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account.
Revolve updates return policy
Revolve is extending its return policy for orders placed in the months of March 2020 to November 2020. Revolve will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange.
If your order was placed before the month of March 2020, you have 30 days to return for a full refund and 60 days for an exchange. Contact our customer service team if you have any questions about returning your goods, they will be happy to help you.
A few heavily discounted items may be labelled FINAL SALE. In this case, they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or shop credit.
For US customers, a prepaid return label will be provided for free return of your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
