You can also have your package shipped via USPS Priority, which costs $20. The USPS standard transit time is 4-7 business days, the Priority transit time is 2-3 business days.
The delivery time to Canada is up to 30 business days. The flat rate shipping fee is $15. For international orders, the shipping fee will be charged at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. BYLT is not responsible for these.
You can track your order on the BYLT Basics website. Log in with the email address and password you provided at checkout. After the product has been shipped, you will receive a unique link to the live status of your order, where you can track your delivery in real time.
What is the BYLT Basics return policy?
Items can be returned or exchanged. For all orders placed after November 24, 2020, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your products.
You can only exchange or return if:
- The items have not been worn and are in a new and unused condition. (This also applies to underwear and activewear)
- the items have not been washed
- all original labels are attached to the items and are intact
You can use your shipping method for returns or use the BYLT Basics service for a flat fee of $10. There is no charge for exchanges. If you have more than one order to process, they must be packaged separately.
Products that you receive for free or products that you purchase once cannot be exchanged or refunded. FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded. International orders cannot be exchanged.
