We were very impressed when we unpacked my Caraway cookware set. The packaging is beautiful, and it’s not just pots and pans. The Caraway set includes

- Magnetic pot holders (for neat stacking of pots)
- 2 cork trivets
- All non-stick pans have stainless steel handles and are ceramic coated in a range of colors!
What are the Kitchen Utensils Made Of?
Caraway cookware is made of smooth, ceramic-coated aluminum. The mineral coating is said to prevent toxins from getting into the food while emitting 60% less CO2 than other non-stick pans on the market. Some ceramic pans are notorious for not being as non-stick as traditional Teflon, but we found Carway to be a safe choice when it comes to gently flipping pancakes and eggs. In addition, the ceramic coating can withstand higher temperatures than the average non-stick coating. You can put these pots and pans in the oven up to 550 degrees F, which is the maximum temperature most standard ovens will allow.

Easy to cook with – It is very easy to cook with these pans. Compared to stainless steel pans and our other ceramic cookware, they are much easier to use!
It really is a non-stick cookware – some companies claim they are non-stick, but the food sticks. When we made a Caraway pan review, we realized that the Caraway pan really is non-stick. Food glides effortlessly through the pan and won’t stick as long as you use a little oil or butter!
Beautiful – the beauty of frying pans is undeniable. They are beautiful!
Negative Reviews from Caraway
As much as we love Caraway skillets, this is an honest review of Caraway cookware. Therefore, we are also sharing what we don’t like!
Expensive – Caraway cookware doesn’t come cheap. Most non-stick cookware sells for around $200, Caraway’s price is twice that. However, most non-stick cookware is not non-toxic, Caraway is.
Stains – the bottoms of my caraway pans got stained and one of them, a cream-colored one, even suffered a small burn, even though we had followed all the cooking rules. It’s not serious, but it’s not very attractive.
Non-stickiness Lifespainn – All non-stick cookware loses its “non-stick” properties over time. The only timeless cookware is stainless steel or cast iron, which is expensive but lasts a lifetime.
How Can You Cook with Caraway Cookware?
Thanks to cumin’s efficient, even heat, you can sauté vegetables, fry eggs and braise pork chops in no time, without needing a ton of oil or butter. All pots and pans are oven-safe up to 550 degrees. However, when cooking on the stovetop, the brand recommends setting the heat to low to medium and using flexible utensils made of wood, silicone, plastic, or nylon. Overheating and rough spatulas can wear away the non-stick coating and shorten the life of the cookware.
Caraway Home’s Non-stickiness is What You Will Love
Nonstick cookware often favors function over form, but Caraway cookware is as beautiful as it is functional. The lids are interchangeable and have a flat shape that slides easily into the canvas holder. They are elegant, discreet, and comfortable to hold. The gray non-stick surface makes it easy to judge caramelization (handy for tasks such as butter browning), but doesn’t retain stains. We followed the non-stick rules, using only wooden and silicone utensils, and from our tests, the coating seems durable. We didn’t notice any obvious hot spots, and the surface heated up quickly and evenly, thanks to the cookware’s aluminum core.
Another major plus? The stainless steel handles and enameled exterior surface make the Caraway cookware oven-safe (we’ve tried other famous cookware on Insta, and let’s just say sparks flew – literally). All cookware is cooktop compatible, so you can cook on gas, electric or induction stoves.
Are Caraway Casseroles Worth It?
Yes, Caraway casseroles are worth it. If you’re looking for a change from non-toxic cookware, these pots are very well-made, easy to use, and beautiful. Even with the minor flaws we listed above, we think they are worth the price.
The cookware is great and has everything you need as a cook, but if you already have pots and pans you love and just want to try one pan, Coco n Deals recommends the saute pan. We use it all the time!
We also really like the laundry set. The apron is very sturdy (and cute!), the towels are absorbent, and the oven mitts are great!
